Took close to 40 minutes to get our food after ordering while others that came in and ordered after us got orders taken and food brought out before ours. Servers were arguing amongst each other and only being attentative to the regulars that were there or their friends. The food, once arrived, was bland and the stake was soggy. Really disappointed because the last time I was in the service and food was great.
Horrible. Refund would be the least you could do after such an experience. Honestly no wonder Albany has a reputation for being garbage; this establishment and crude, slow, rude bartender and ridiculously high prices for no reason. I've never felt more insulted and in need of a drink per leaving the bar than I needed one when I walked in.
I eat lunch here every few weeks with business associates and I have never had a bad meal. The club sandwich is almost large enough to be a food challenge, we always joke that we should get one for the table. The staff is really friendly and the service is always really fast. The menu sandwiches and pub fare at its finest. Don't miss this great spot.
